Scripture: Psalm 103:2
“Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits.”
Gratitude fuels worship. Gratitude fuels worship because remembering what God has done naturally leads us to praise Him.
When we pause to notice His faithfulness, our hearts shift from what’s missing to what’s been given.
Gratitude softens hearts and deepens our worship.
Thankfulness softens us, lifts our focus, and turns ordinary moments into reasons to worship.
Forgetfulness dims worship; Remembrance revives it.
The psalmist is speaking to his own soul--reminding himself not to forget.
Sometimes worship begins by preaching truth to ourselves.
APPLICATION Today, pause and remember times of God’s faithfulness. Praise Him and thank Him for them, one-by-one.
PRAYER
Father, remind me of Your faithfulness. Help me not forget Your goodness, and let gratitude rise as worship in my heart.
In Jesus' name~
Amen!
FEATURED WORSHIP Play this in the background while praying, meditating on God's Word, Journaling, etc.
