Scripture: Romans 12:2

“Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”

Real change begins in the mind. The thoughts we return to again and again shape how we live. God’s Word steps in to interrupt unhealthy patterns and replace them with truth.

Renewal doesn’t happen all at once. It happens over time.

As Scripture reshapes how we think, our reactions begin to change. Fear and anxiety fades, our faith rises, and we begin to see and understand things more clearly.

Spending time in God’s Word helps us push back against the noise around us and the lies we sometimes agree with, whether it's from our self-talk, or what the enemy of our soul (and even other people) say about us.

Spending time in God's Word reminds us of what is true when everything else feels loud.

APPLICATION Today, let Scripture gently challenge how you think. Renewal begins when we’re willing to listen.

PRAYER

God, renew my mind with Your truth. Replace unhealthy patterns with Your wisdom, and shape how I think and respond. Lead me into real and lasting change as I follow You each day.
