TODAY’S PRAYER POINT
Pray for a compassionate heart and for specific ways you can reach out to others in love.
BIBLE VERSE | Colossians 3:12
“So, as those who have been chosen of God, holy and beloved, put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.”
In this verse, we are reminded of our identity as God’s chosen people—set apart and deeply loved.
This far-reaching truth comes with an invitation: to "clothe" ourselves in virtues that reflect His character.
Compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience are not merely suggestions; they are essential garments for our spiritual journey.
COMPASSION | Open our hearts to the struggles of others.
KINDNESS | Act with grace, even when faced with challenges.
HUMILITY | Value others above ourselves.
GENTLENESS | Stimulate peace in our interactions.
PATIENCE | Helps us endure trials and to be understanding toward those around us.
Just as we carefully choose what to wear each day, we must also consciously decide to demonstrate these qualities.
APPLICATION
Reflect on how you can show compassion to those around you, particularly those who are struggling or in need.

Heavenly Father, thank You for choosing and loving me.
Help me to clothe myself with compassion and kindness as I interact with others.
May my actions reflect Your love and grace in every situation.
